Hi Gavin,
In China, there are two Groovy & Grails books on sale, one is 'The Definitive Guild to Grails' and the other is the book you mentioned.
They are all wonderful books for learning Groovy & Grails :)
> is there a Chinese word for "Groovy"?
Currently there is no Chinese word for "Groovy", which is similar with no Chinese word for "Java".
Sometimes you may hear some one call "Java" as "爪哇", but which is not acceptable to all Chinese Java programmers.
> And what does 朝花夕拾 mean?
'朝花夕拾' means that we recall something happened before :)
I began learning Groovy & Grails at 2006, at that time Groovy documentations were very hard to find. Luckily, you wrote many tutorials for us newbie. Thanks Gavin!
Cheers,
Daniel
