FMS3 宣称视频流的性能是原来2倍多，支持H.264 video 和 HE-AAC audio ，更高的安全传输，可以和Flash Lite 3配合，而且FMS3全部不限制带宽和连接数，价格虽然大降80%，但对国内来说还是有点高 [sad]

貌似FMS 3 被拆分为两个版本，价格还是差挺多的

这个版本是原来fms2的正统后代，主要多了新的 plug-in 架构

这个版本是新出来的，顾名思义是专门为视频设计的，应该有事先设计好的视频服务端，配合新文档和帮助系统，安装完之后简单几下设置就能使用了。
