It is for providing job hunting services for IT engineers in global
range. The system has a portal for each country, and each portal for a
given country involves 1 to 3 languages.
The challenges includes how to deal with system design, delopyment,
performance in the multi-language, and multi-country scenario.
The applicant must have get involved into such kind of web system
design and devlopment. Plus, the following skills are required:

2 data structure and algorithm design
