It is for providing job hunting services for IT engineers in global range. The system has a portal for each country, and each portal for a given country involves 1 to 3 languages.

The challenges includes how to deal with system design, delopyment, performance in the multi-language, and multi-country scenario.

The applicant must have get involved into such kind of web system design and devlopment. Plus, the following skills are required:

1 java multithread programming
2 data structure and algorithm design

上述两点虽然在开发使用的不多，但是不代表不使用。如果你的经验仅限于做过很多项目，写过很多代码，但从来没有考虑任何的同步问题，以及如何设计合理的算法以保证程序的效率，那么这个项目肯定不适合你。

3 commerical projects experiences
4 familar with light weight java framework, such as struts, Spring, ibatis, Ajax, Javascript etc.
5 good understanding of transaction, security in distributed environment
6 experiences with the full life cycle of development of large scale website from system architecture, development, test, to deployment and operation
