在国际化中messages_zh_CN.properties文件配置中，要进行本地字符和Unicode转换，利用properties editor插件事半功倍。
1、用properties editor打开messages_zh_CN.properties，加入：
label.username=用户名
label.password=密码
label.welcome=欢迎您{0}
2、再用properties file editor打开就会看到自动Unicode转换。
messages_zh_CN.properties显示为：
label.username=\u7528\u6237\u540d
label.password=\u5bc6\u7801
label.welcome=\u6b22\u8fce\u60a8{0}
