应该很多人都用过37signals的tada list，一个简单好用的web based todo list。<br />这本书没有讲你的程序要设计成什么样子，但是却讲了很多设计web based程序的理念，而这些理念正是源自于对37signals产品线上各种产品的开发。
其中很多观点都令人耳目一新。比如说，第二章构建从简里面讲的第一个观点，做的比竞争对手少，这基本上颠覆了以前我们对产品规划的概念。为什么要这样说，作者自有他的理由。功能少更容易去改变，功能少是因为米不够。更重要的是，功能少不意味着功能残缺，而是只留下精髓的部分，让功能最大化的体现对这个产品的理念。每个伟大的产品都有一个伟大的理念，是吧？比如说作者就列出了37signals各个产品的理念。Ta-da list是和即时贴做斗争，basecamp是项目管理就是沟通。
这本书基本上涵盖了构建一个web程序的各个过程，当然了，不是讲怎样写code，怎样测试的。<br />如果你是个pm，或者想自己创业，都应该好好看看这本书。
