1、Who do you work for at present?
2、Could you tell me about your work experience?
3、Have you ever worked in XXX?
4、Do you have any experience of working as a department manager?
5、Would you please say something about your career experience?
6、What is your chief responsibility working as a XXX in the XX department?
7、Have you had any experince working abroad?
8、What exactly did you do when you worked as a XX for XX Co.?

Could you please describe yourself?（能否请你形容一下自己？）

I worked on several major marketing projects with positiveresults. I am now looking for a challenging marketing position in anestablished company.

Why do you think we should employ you?（你认为我们为何要雇用你？）

假设你今天要应征机械工程的工作，你就可以说︰ I am suitable for the position, not only because I have a masters degree in mechanical engineering, butalso because I have worked in this field for more than five years. I believe that my experience can be put to use in further developing your business.

What classes did you like best back in school?（在学校你最喜欢哪门课？）

Statistics, accounting and calculus were my favorite subjects because I am good at crunching numbers.

What do you think are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

比方说你可以回答︰My greatest weakness is that I value leisure time spent with my family and therefore I treasure my weekends and free time in the evenings. My greatest strength is my commitment to work. I strive for excellence and always try to do my best.

What do you think are your strongest skills?（你认为你最强的技能是什么？）

My strongest skills are handling complaints with great patience. I think solving customer complaints is a wonderful way to win customer loyalty, and I am happy to deal with any problems people may have.

Why do you want to work for us?（你为什么想要替我们工作？）

Your company is a renowned leader in the industry and has high growth potential. I wish to work for an established company where my talents and expertise can be fully put to use. It seems clear to me that your company can challenge my abilities and provide a good opportunity for professional development.

How much do you know about our company?（你对本公司了解多少？）

Ive read the annual reports of your company of the past three years, and I have come to realize that your company enjoys leadership in domestic distribution of computer parts. I believe that my management experience will be an asset to your company.

I graduated from the ******* department of *****University in July ,1997. You know, there is a saying that “The greatness of a man lends a glory to a place”. I think the city really deserves it. Just like my father, I am open-minded ,quick in thought and very fond of history. Frequently I exchange ideas with my family during super. In addition , during my college years, I was once the chairman of the Student Union. These work have urged me develop active and responsible characters.

1、In the past years, I’ve worked at IBM as a software engineer. In my work, I found communication and management is very important. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning. So I choose MBA! if I am given a chance to study MBA in this famous University, I will stare no effort to master a good command of communication and management skill.（在过去的几年中，我作为一个软件工程师在IBM工作。 2.Held a post concurrently in Zhongxing CPA. from December,1998 to May,1999. and mainly worked on evaluating project finance and made up cash flow tables.（1998年11月至1999年5月在中兴会计师事务所兼职，主要从事财务评价 、现金流量表的编制分析和产业的市场调查与跟踪研究等。）
3. Made frequent business trips to these places to negotiate with textile mills.
7. 														　　"work experience" is the type of work you've done in the past. If you haven't started working yet you can say "Right now I'm still a student." or "I'm a recent grad and Ihaven't started working yet." In the second sentence, "recent grad" is short for "recent graduate" and means that you have just finished school.

如果尚未开始工作，就可以回答“Right now I'm still a student.”（现在我还是个学生。）或者说“I'm a recent grad and I haven't started working yet.”（我刚刚毕业，还没有开始工作。）

Second One: What's your greatest weakness?

This is a popular question that western employers like to ask to make candidates nervous! In fact, they ask this to know how you respond to a difficult question. You shouldn't answer by telling your greatest weakness since you might not get the job! Instead, you can tell them something that isn't directly related to the job position.

Third One: Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?

This question is a good opportunity to brag a little bit. You should talk about some extra skills you have that maybe wasn't included in your resume, or talk about your greatest strength in more detail.

Fourth One: What kind of salary did you have in mind?

Salary is how much money you earn, usually per year. When asked this, it's best to answer with a salary range or approximation and not an exact figure. This shows that you are familiar with the industry if you know what the approximate salary should be.

Fifth One: If hired, when could you start work?

When answering this it's best not to say you can start right away. This might make you seem very desperate for a job. A safe answer would be "I can start at the beginning of next month."

一个非常保险的回答可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”（我下月初可以开始上班。）

Sixth One: What kind of work does the posi-tion involve?

You can ask this to clarify exactly what kind of work you'll be doing.
