在xml配置文件中传递非中文字符可以直接用${参数}直接跟在action方法名后头
<result name="success" type="redirect">getCompleteList.shtml?p_years=${p_years}&newpeoinfoid=${newpeoinfoid}&newpeoname=${newpeoname}
如果参数有中文建议用。。
<result name="success" type="chain">getList</result> 其中getList为要跳转去的action 方法。。。参数直接在action中定义。。必须写上setter和getter方法。。
