配置statspack

需以sysdba身份连接才能安装。
1，cd [oracle_home]\rdbms\admin;
2,run @spcreate.sql;
按提示输入必要的信息。
如果输入错误或者取消了安装，下次安装前需要先执行 spdrop.sql删除用户和已安装的视图。
