相信大多数都遇到过这种问题，就是struts中资源文件中如果有中文就会以unicode编码的形式显示，如果大家想以中的形式显示的话，请使用properedit插件，用它可以解决资源文件的显示问题。
插件使用:
1、在Eclipse中单击HELP->Software Updates->Find and Install
2、search for new features to install
3、单击new Remote site
4、Name:自己取个名字比如properEdit
