解除oracle10g密码锁定
oracle10g密码被锁定了，这么搞定它，cmd下
>sqlplus /nolog
>conn sys/password as sysdba
更改锁定的密码：
执行ALTER USER DBSNMP ACCOUNT UNLOCK；
从新用SQL/PLUS登录，设置用户名、密码；
注：由于刚才解锁的用户名是DBSNMP，所以这里设置的用户名也是DBSNMP
