1. flex在myeclipse中的插件，http://trials.adobe.com/Applications/Flex/FlexBuilder/3/FB3_WWEJ_Plugin.exe，大约有348M，右键使用迅雷下载即可。
2. 下载lcds.war，http://d.download.csdn.net/down/1870527/liushasha31311456，第一个实例的时候会用到。
3. 准备好myeclipse。

    接下来开始部署
1. 双击运行插件，按照提示安装，其中会让选择eclipce目录。所以要先安装myeclipse再装flex插件。
2. 安装完成后，就不需要做任何配置了
