1:full device uri:full path to a device resource specified in the device's context,it is always a uri relative to the devices root node .Full uri must always be userd in the present specification.
按照理解意思是,路径是手机终端的的路径就是是手机终端应该配置的对应的路径,跟硬盘上的C:\一样,硬盘可以都多个盘符,手机也有都是URI的CONTEXT,就是说每个路径都是一个NODE
