全角字符unicode编码从65281~65374<br />
对应的半角字符unicode编码从33~126<br />
空格比较特殊，全角为12288，半角为32<br />
所以可以直接通过+-法来处理非空格数据，对空格单独处理

一个整型数有32位，用一个循环逐个判断整型数上的每一位是否为1，如为1则输出字符&#8220;1&#8221;，否则输出字符&#8220;0&#8221;，判断是用1右移到某位上然后和整型数的对应位做&#8220;&amp;&#8221;运算。
